Beginning May 1st 2018,the Pilgrimage Season begins and :
Daily Mass Time is at 11:30 am
Mass will be celebrated outside in the Grotto area.
(Please note that Sunday, October 14th, will be our last outside Mass for the season. As of Tuesday, October 16, 2018, Mass will be at 10:30am and celebrated in the chapel on Sunday and at Montfort House during the week)
In case of inclement weather, Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel, across from Pilgrim Hall.
There is Mass every day except Monday.
October 6th – Blessing of the animals at 4:00pm. Come with your pets, large or small, to the Grotto for this simple but
October 7th – Living Rosary, hosted by the Connecticut Knights of Columbus. Prayer begins at 2:00pm in the Grotto plaza.
October 7th – The Grotto Cafe closes today at 2:00pm for the duration of the winter months.
October 14th – This is the last Sunday that Mass will be held outside and at 11:30 AM
October 14th – Oktoberfest and Harvest Diner. Join us to celebrate the official end of the 2018 Shrine Pilgrimage Season.
Tickets are on sale at the Montfort House Office, the Grotto Cafe, or the Grotto Gift Shop, beginning in September.
October 15th – Lourdes Book Club begins – see details below.
October 16th – Mass time changes to 10.30 am until the start of the pilgrimage season next year. Daily Mass will be held
at Montfort House Chapel and Sunday Masses will be held in the chapel across from Pilgrim Hall
October 18th – 21st – Semi Annual Tag Sale. Stop by Pilgrim Hall and select from the great deals you can find in our twice
yearly tag sale organized by our Shrine Volunteers.
October 21st – Sunday Mass time changes to 10:30 AM today for the winter months and now is celebrated in the Grotto Chapel
October 28th – Celebration of the Sacrament of the Sick to follow today’s liturgy.

Semi-Annual Tag Sale on October 18 -21 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. You may drop off items on October 16 – 17 from 9:00am to 4:pm

Lourdes Book Club:
The next Book Club offering is titled Drawn into the Mystery of Jesus Through the Gospel of John, by Jean Vanier. Books will be available at the Gift Shop or wherever you wish to purchase them.
Monday evenings at Montfort House, beginning October 15th through December 10th, from 6:30pm – 8:00pm
